Bolton Winter Festival

If there’s one thing that Bolton does well (there are many more – we know!), it’s putting on a great festival… And now’s your chance to get yourself well and truly in the Christmas spirit – the Bolton Winter Festival takes over the town from Thursday 1st December.

Whether you fancy a tranquil wander through the fabulous 40 stall Christmas market, flinging yourself down the awesome 55 metre snow slide or taking a spin on the brand new covered ice rink, you’re sure to be jingling your way to Christmas day…

You don’t have to be Bolton’s answer to Jayne Torvill or Christopher Dean to take to the ice on this year’s brand new undercover rink. Open 7 days a week from 10th December, you can overcome your Bambi legs with a general skate or strut your stuff to the greatest hits of the 80’s and 90’s during a slide and skate session. Students get special perks (of course!) with dedicated, discounted sessions while the little ones can have an ‘ice’ time on the rink at The Penguin Club.

If there’s one time of year that it is perfectly acceptable to behave like an overgrown child then Christmas is surely it… right? And is there a better way of expressing your inner child than flinging yourself headfirst down a 55-metre snow slide?? We think not! With tickets just two quid a go, or three for a fiver, you’re sure to go back for more!

We’ve also teamed up with Bolton Winter Festival and The Light Cinema to bring you these fantastic deals…
