We might’ve only been blessed with a few days of sunshine so far, but this scorching weather has got our minds wandering and taste buds tripping to dreams of summer dining. So we couldn’t resist a sneaky peek at the latest menus for our fave haunts down in The Vaults.
There’s nothing like a sharing antipasti, brimming with Prosciutto, salami Milano, salsiccia picante, fresh Mozzarella, marinated olives, sun blushed tomatoes, rocket, Olive oil and balsamic vinegar and garlic bread to whisk your palate on an exhilarating journey to the Med. Thankfully, you can enjoy it much closer to home – at Prezzo.
If you have a penchant for more fiery cuisine then a Nando’s visit is a definite no-brainer. Their new Veggie Cataplana is a mix of a pinch of PERi-PERi with chargrilled veg, earthy chickpeas and haricot beans in a rich, spicy tomato and coconut sauce – even for a non-veggie, that sounds pretty tasty to us!
